Techniques like Ujjayi, Kapalbhati, and Anulom Vilom, benefits, and integration into practice.

Guided meditation, mindfulness techniques, and their role in mental well-being.

Basics of human anatomy, skeletal and muscular systems, and how they relate to yoga practice.

Class sequencing, cueing, hands-on adjustments, and creating a safe teaching environment.
